Merge Midwest is part of the WSP team providing Owner’s Representation services to the City of Grandview for the I-49 Outer Roads Conversion Design-Build Project. Merge Midwest is providing utility coordination services, preliminary pavement marking and signing design, assistance with the development of the Request for Proposals, and assisting with the Requests for Clarifications process.
